INDEPENDENT MULTIBOILER PROCESS

The IMP (Independent Multiboiler Process) cleverly manages the water and steam via a multiple-boiler system.

• Each coffee dispensing group has its own boiler and the main boiler is only used for the steam.

• Each dispensing group has a 1.2 L coffee boiler which can be adjusted to different temperatures in order to perfectly extract different blends.

• The steam boiler only contains steam (for the wands, the milk system and heating water).

• The pressure does not drop if steam and multiple coffees are being dispensed at the same time.

• Sustained consistent performance.
